Quality Assurance

At Arsanu, quality is about more than meeting ordinary supply chain performance goals. It's about finding ways to constantly move the bar higher.

You can't achieve quality if you don't know what it truly means to your customer.

So we begin by studying your service expectations, business objectives, and

regulatory requirements. Then we implement our Quality Management System,

which provides clear direction for your workforce.

Our quality system is based on ISO 9001:2000 principles, and emphasizes customer focus, associate involvement, and continual improvement.

When we say quality, we mean no errors in shipments, low product damage,

on-time orders, high productivity, alignment with customer requirements, and

full regulatory compliance.Operational Performance Once your quality system is

defined, we work to meet your objectives. Our Performance Measurement group

is responsible for developing and implementing the tools used to measure our

performance against site metrics.

To do this, each site completes a monthly standard balanced scorecard. Scorecard results are reviewed by senior management to identify successes and opportunities for improvement.

We call it "command and control." What it really means to you is that we know

everything that's going on in your operation. It's the only way we know how to work. The only way we'll know what to fix if something isn't working the way we want.
